Try Virtual Fit is run by Try Virtual Fit. By using this website you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. If you are under 18, use the site with a parent's or guardian's permission.
2. What the fitting room does
The fitting room places photos of clothes, shoes and accessories over a photo of a person so you can compare combinations. It is a visual aid only. It does not show exact fit, size, fabric, drape or colour, which also depend on your screen and the photos used. Please check size charts and product details before buying anything.
The service is free and provided for personal, non-commercial use.
3. Your photos and content
- Photos you add are processed on your own device and are not uploaded to us. You keep all rights to them.
- Only use photos you own or have permission to use. Do not use a photo of another person without their consent.
- When you send us a message, you allow us to use it to reply to you and to improve the site, as described in our Privacy Policy.
4. Acceptable use
You must not:
- use the site for anything unlawful, or to create content that is obscene, defamatory, harassing or that violates anyone's privacy or rights;
- use images of minors in an inappropriate way;
- try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems;
- copy, scrape, resell or republish the site, its design or its code (see section 5);
- send spam or harmful code through the contact form.
5. Our content and code
The website's design, text, graphics, sample images, layout and software, including the fitting room, are owned by Try Virtual Fit or its licensors and protected by copyright and other laws. You may use them only to use the site as intended. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer or create derivative works from them without our written permission. "Try Virtual Fit" and our logo may not be used without permission.
6. Links to other websites
We may link to other websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
7. No guarantees
We work hard to keep the site useful and available, but it is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no promises that it will be error-free, uninterrupted or suitable for a particular purpose, or that results shown in the fitting room will match real life.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Try Virtual Fit is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions made based on the fitting room, including purchases. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Changes and availability
We may change, suspend or stop any part of the site at any time. We may also update these terms; the date at the top shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site means you accept the updated terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of India.
